SEEKING NEW NEIGHBOR BAG Delivery Helper
The HOA Board is seeking a helper for our New Neighbor Welcome Bag deliveries four to six times a year. Deliveries take about an hour. Addresses, training, and a map will be provided. SEEKING a new HOA President. Past HOA Board or Chair experience preferred.
Per the Bylaws: "The President shall preside at all general meetings and Board of Director's meetings and shall appoint all necessary special committees. He/She should have served at least one year as a Board member prior to his election as President by the Board."
In addition to quarterly Board meetings, the President will serve as a leader for the Board and oversee all HOA activity, answer occasional emails from neighbors, and answer phone inquiries regarding the HOA.
