We certainly encourage and greatly appreciate dues being paid and collected at closing. The dues provide much needed and necessary support of neighborhood common grounds, maintenance costs, utilities, and maintenance and support of this website. Paid membership grants members access to the restricted areas of this website.
The Homeowners Association in Clemmons West is voluntary. Dues are 45 dollars a year and are not required to be collected or paid at the closing of a Real Estate purchase within Clemmons West.
