Voluntary dues are due by April1st to be eligible for the Membership Contest of a $100 prize. (Two prizes awarded)
- The CW HOA pays the electricity bill for 10 entrance monuments and keeps these monuments landscaped
- The CW HOA pays for ClemmonsWest.com, (individual log-ons for each neighbor)
- The CW HOA keeps a business and Pet directory for members in good standings
- The CW HOA has multiple contests with cash prizes throughout the year
- The CW HOA greets our newest neighbors with a Clemmons West tote bag of information about our neighborhood and Village
- The CW HOA hosts many great events throughout the year
- The CW HOA is totally volunteer driven
